The 47001‑100 sample loop provides a 100 µL sample volume and is manufactured using 1/16" OD Ultra‑T™ PEEK tubing for consistent injection performance and chemical resistance in HPLC workflows.
The supplied tubing has a 0.50 mm ID (± 0.05 mm tolerance) and includes two high‑pressure PEEK three‑piece small hex head nuts with 1/32" threads along with two special single‑cone ferrules per nut.
This ferrule design helps prevent twisting and turning of the sample loop during installation while gripping the tubing at two separate locations to improve pressure stability and maintain secure connections.
The fittings are designed to provide zero dead volume connections for reduced band broadening and improved chromatographic accuracy.
Each sample loop includes an attached label identifying the sample loop volume for convenient system setup and identification.
