How to run a report that shows the Sales Orders entered – Sales Order Quote History Report


Department(s): Inside Sales and Outside Sales

In order to view the Sales Orders that were entered on a specific date you can run the Sales Order Quote History Report. This report can be created using any order date(s) you want and includes both open and completed Sales Orders. You can also use this report to see what Quotes were issued. Please see below for instructions on how to run this report.

1. Open SAGE 100
2. Click on the Sales Order and Quote History Report in the Sales Order module

3. When you open this report to see what Sales Orders were entered you should uncheck the box next to Price Quotes.
4. You can run this report based on Dates, customer number, sales person and many more.
5. This report can also be sorted several different ways depending on your preference. You can sort by Sales Order Number, Customer Number, Bill to and Sales Person.
6. Once you have sorted and chose the different search fields and values you can print by clicking the print button. You can also simply preview this report by clicking on the Preview button.
7. A report is generated daily by the Inside Sales department and emailed to the entire Sales Team. The report sent includes just that days sales.
