To begin, the window sizes are approximate and we cannot put a specification on exact widths. Since the user must hold the capillary in place and if it is not held steady, the window length may be longer.
Because of the approximate nature of the window length, which is generally sufficient, for users that want to make a larger CE window for which no size replacement module is available, it is advisable to use two or more portions of a smaller size to cover a large enough length of capillary.
